Getting Arma2 started

Just purchased the Arma2 rental. How do I get a TCAdmin user/pw?
Is the server up and running?
Or do I need to -log in- to activate it?
I know the Arma server setup well, but what at this point do I need to do to see the server online?

You should have received your TCAdmin login information after ordering.  With ArmA2 it can take a while(hour or two) due to it's size.
