teh interwebs make it easy for people to complain, but it's equally easy to say a company's delivering a great service. Funny how the latter happens so less frequently, ne? Let's change that a bit, at least here. I'm just posting to say thank you to Jest et al for delivering awesome service. I rent an ArmA2:OA server, which isn't the easiest thing in the world to administer. Especially when your client keeps messing about with slot numbers and config files! Anyway, having web support tickets not just answered - but actioned - as quickly as I've now experienced on several occasions, is awesome!
