Need any help with Counter-Strike configurations?

I've been playing Source since the day it came out back in '04, and 1.6 before then.

If there's an issue with your counter-strike server, whether it be mani mod or a competition config (cevo, twl, eco, tgl, xpl, etc), I'm your man.
