This may be outdated, but most phones have an "email address" that can be sent an email by a computer, and it will turn it into an SMS.

Put this for your primary, or sometimes secondary email in TCAdmin, and if the "phone email" address is correct and allowed by your provider, you'll get SMS alerts.

This works for many other applications as well, very useful.
